The company was founded by Nacho Ruiz Hens in 2024. Following a 15-year career as a renewable energy investor with more than $2Bn invested across 2GW in the Americas, in 2020 Nacho was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and suffered significant disruptions in his life, including a 3 year clinical depression that he was able to overcome.
He then became increasingly interested in the neuroscience of Peak Performance, which led him to do High Flow Coaching certification created by The Flow Research Collective, based on the neuroscience of flow and the studies by 4 times NY Times Best-Selling Author Steven Kotler.
